Yes, at any time. People, attendance, giving and the children’s register all export to CSV from inside the app — no need to ask us. Every member can also download everything held on them from their own profile.
Administrators only. Staff accounts that run the office day to day cannot see giving at all, and members only ever see their own. That split is enforced in the code, not by a setting someone can toggle by accident.
You can import people from a spreadsheet, and we help with that during onboarding. Most churches start with people and a rota, then add children’s check-in once the team is comfortable.
No. There is nothing to install and no password to remember. Members tap a link in their email and they are signed in on their phone. They can add it to their home screen if they want it to feel like an app.
In a secured PostgreSQL database, with each church’s records separated at the database level. We handle it under Malaysia’s PDPA — the full detail is in our privacy notice.
